Ingredients
- 1 cup jau aata
- 2 tbsp besan
- 2-1/2 tbsp ghee { lukewarm }
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped methi
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp fresh green garlic / 5 to 7 fresh garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1/2 tsp sesame seed
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- 1/2 tsp each crushed coriander seeds & fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp crushed raw jeera
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder
- As required Warm water to knead
- As required Ghee for roasting
