Ingredients
- 250 gms bhindi / okra
- 1 medium onion chopped finely
- 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 small tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or 5-6 cashewnuts paste
- 1 tsp malai or fresh cream
- 2 green and red chillies
- 1 dry red chilli
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch hing / asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel seed powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp kasoori methi crushed
- As needed salt to taste
- 1/4 th tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped finely
