- 2 x jalapenos, sliced

- Juice of one lime
- 1/2 cup Cream
- Salt, black pepper, cayenne and cumin to taste
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 x eggs
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 x jalapeno, finely diced
- 2 tbsp minced cilantro
