Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb raw shrimp, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 cup scallions, chopped (you can do less, I prefer lots of scallions)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers (I use the square wrappers but you can use any shape you like!)
- 2 tbsp chili oil of choice
- 3 stalks scallions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 2-3 tbsp hot water
