- 3 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 lb smoked sausage
- 1 lb med shrimp deveined and peeled (doesnt go in until the end)
- 5 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 bunch flat leafed parsley, coarsely chopped
- 5 cup hot water
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can stewed tomatoes w/juice
- 2 cup frozen sliced okra
- 3 green onions, white part as well
- 1 dash of cayenne pepper
