Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion (diced)
- ¾ pound smoked Italian sausage (cut into ½-inch slices)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ pound yukon gold potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 medium carrots (cut into ½-inch slices)
- 1 bunch kale (ribs removed, and leaves cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 teaspoon Magic Mushroom Powder (or Diamond Crystal kosher salt)
- 6 cups bone broth (or chicken broth)
- 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
