Croissant French Toast Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 and a half cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (use a good one like watkin's madagascar)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 small croissants split
- A fourth of a cup of chopped pecans
- Butter
- Your favorite syrup (warmed)
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon (for garnishing)
