- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced and deseeded
- half an English cucumber, diced (can dice the other half for garnish)
- 1 bunch radishes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- black pepper and salt to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water (to thin gazpacho)
- 1 avocado, cubed
