Ingredients
- 1 can (400gr) of cooked green peas
- 800gr green tomatoes
- 3 cups (750ml) water
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1 slice of stale bread (optional, for consistency)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, only if your gazpacho is too bitter)
