Ingredients
- 2 portions dry noodles, boiled until tender. Remove the water and set aside
- 10 mushrooms (I used champignon), halved
- 2 chicken tenders, cut into small pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp oil for stir-fry
- 1 pinch salt
- Black pepper (according to your preference)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp powder broth (I used mushroom)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp shoyu
