Orange Vanilla Sheet Cake

- 2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter, at room temperature
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. orange soda, at room temperature
- 24 oz. white chocolate, chopped (about 4 cups)
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 3 drops yellow food coloring
