No bake snickers cheesecake
Ingredients
- For the cheesecake base
- 25 digestive Marie biscuits
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- For the cheesecake batter
- 250 gms cream cheese I used Philadelphia
- 100 gms fresh cream (I used amul)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 100 gms icing sugar
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 tbsp caramel sauce
- 2 big snickers chopped
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate sauce for garnish
