Ingredients
- 12 fresh zucchini flowers
- 100 g feta cheese, cut in 12 sticks
- 12 big spearmint leaves, washed and strained
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup lukewarm water
- 1 egg
- 3-4 tbsp ouzo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2-1 tbsp boukovo (crushed chili flakes)
- 1 tsp salt
