- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Drumstick pieces
- 1/2 cup French Beans cut lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Long Beans cut lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Okra cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup Yam cubes
- 1/4 cup Brinjal cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup Cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup Bottle Gourd pieces
- 1/4 cup Tamarind pulp
- 2 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1/8 tsp Asafoetida or Hing
- 4-5 Dry Red Chillies
- 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
- 2-3 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
