Ingredients
- * 1 tablespoon oil
- * 1 1/2 cup diced onion
- * 1 1/2 cup carrot, peeled and diced
- * 1 1/2 pound ground turkey
- * 3 clove garlic, minced
- * 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- * 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- * 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- * 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- * 2 sprig fresh rosemary, leaf stripped away and finely chopped
- * 2 sprig fresh thyme, chopped
- * salt and pepper to taste
- * 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- * 12 cup frozen pea, thawed
- * topping:
- * 5-6 cup peeled and diced potato
- * 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- * 1/2 cup sour cream (i opt for low fat; it taste the same in potato!)
- * 1 teaspoon kosher salt (more to taste)
- * 1/4-1/2 cup milk, a needed
