Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (I used 85% lean, 15% fat)
- 8 oz white mushrooms (or baby bella mushrooms)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 celery stalk (chopped)
- 2 cups frozen vegetables (I used peas, carrots and corn)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 lbs cauliflower (or potatoes)
- 1/3 cup milk (I used 1% milk)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
