Instant Pot Homemade Shepherds Pie
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (peeled and chopped into 1 inch chunks)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (if you use salt, eliminate it up top)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 pound of lean (I used 93%) ground beef
- 1 onion-peeled and diced
- 3 carrots- peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of flour (I used Gluten Free)
