Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, grass fed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp basil
- ¼ cup water or bone broth
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1 cup organic frozen peas and carrots
- 3-4 potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
- whole milk
- heavy cream
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded (for on top of the mashed potatoes)
