- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2-3 pinches asafoetida (hing)
- 2 pinches fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 10 curry leaves
