- 1/2 cup curry leaves
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 cup carrot slices
- 6 Long pieces of green capsicum
- 6 Slice eggplant lengthwise
- 1 cup green beans
- 10 okra pieces
- 10 drumstick pieces
- 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
- as per taste Salt as needed (preferably rock salt or Himalayan salt)
- 2 tablespoons coriander seed
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 dry chilies
- 5 cloves garlic (optional)
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
