- 1 Leftover chicken (any amount)
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 150 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ground coriander or freshly chopped coriander
- sea salt
- as needed boiling water, to add to the pan.
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- Optional: hot or smoked paprika (to taste)
