Ingredients
- 500g chicken tenderloin (or 2 large chicken breast fillets)
- 2 cups (500 ml) chicken stock
- 2 cups (500 ml) water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 pieces rindless bacon, finely chopped
- 1 large brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 large leek, thinly sliced
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- ½ cup plain flour
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1 cm squares
- 1 can (400 g) corn kernels
- 5 cups milk
- pinch salt
