Ingredients
- For making dough:
- 1 cup Maida (all purpose flour)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2-2.5 tbsp Oil or ghee
- Oil - to fry samosas
- For stuffing:
- Potato - 4 medium (boiled and mashed)
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Salt or as your taste
- 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Roasted coriander crushed
- 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- coriander leaves- 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- leaves some thin coriander stems or green onion
