- 2 to 3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 bouillon cube (chicken)
- 1 bay leaf
- Water (to cover and boil the chicken)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large onions (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
