- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- 1 -2 tablespoon butter
