- 3-4 green and red chillies
- 1/4th cup curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut grated
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- As Per Taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- As needed oil for frying
