- 1 small onion, roughly chopped (finely chopped)
- 1 salad tomato, roughly chopped
- 1/4 red pepper, roughly chopped
- 200 millilitres tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mint sauce
- 2 teaspoons mango chutney
- generous pinch cumin powder
- generous pinch garam masala
- generous pinch chilli powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon beetroot powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 125 millilitres water
