- 1⁄2 cup olive (Calamata, cut in half)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice (freshly ground)
- 1 tablespoon cumin (freshly ground)
- 3 ounces lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 8 ounces feta cheese
