Easy Creamy Mushroom Meatball Pasta
Ingredients
- 210 g spiral shaped pasta of your choice,
- 1 packet turkey meatballs, (aprox 20),
- 1 (400 g) can cream of mushroom soup,
- 1 onion, sliced finely,
- 1 handful dried porchini mushrooms (optional),
- 1 heaped tsp garlic paste,
- 1 chicken stock cube dissolved in 250ml boiling water,
- 1 tsp dried parsley,
- Salt & pepper to season,
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
