- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp Asafoetida or Hing
- 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder roasted
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder roasted
- 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves chopped
- as required Water
- as needed Oil for frying
