- 3-4 plum tomatoes, chopped to bite-size pieces

- 2 cucumber, quartered and cut into bite pieces
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 cup feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 handful fresh mint, roughly chopped
- Kalamata olives
- Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- 1 can ready to eat chickpeas, drain and dry with paper towel

- Paprika
- Oil for frying
