- 3 medium garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp fresh basil or Italian parsley, chopped
- 2 ears of corn, cooked and cut off the cob (optional)
- 1 avocado, cubed (optional)
