1 12-inch pre-made pizza crust (I use Whole Foods organic pizza crust)
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 tablespoons granulated sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) mascarpone (you can cheat and use regular cream cheese, it just won't taste as good!)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
About 2 cups of whatever berries are available - I used strawberries, blackberries and raspberries, but you could also add blueberries, or even thinly sliced peaches
