- 500 g of lamb mince
- 400 g of chopped tomatoes, tinned
- 250 ml of vegetable stock, or lamb stock
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of fresh rosemary
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 tsp of gran luchito smoked chipotle chilli paste
