Orange Sage and Honey Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cup whole milk
- 4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped sage leaves
- 6-8 large strips orange peel (from one whole orange)
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
