Spicy tomato meatballs
Ingredients
- 700 g (1½lb) lean minced pork
- ½tsp each dried Italian seasoning and Tabasco
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion and 2 carrots, all finely chopped
- 2 x 400 g cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 each bay leaf and rosemary sprig
- 700 g (11/2lb) egg tagliatelle
- 200 g (7oz) spinach
- Freshly grated Parmesan to serve
