- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 bay leaf
- 10 black pepper grains
- 1/4 tsp spearmint
- 1 pinch sugar
- 400 grams ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 head onion
- 5 tbsp bread crumbs
