Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped sweet onion)
- 2 cups hash browns (frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, lightly thawed)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken (cooked)
- 1 cup vegetables (mixed vegetables I used 1/2 cup corn & 1/2 cup peas)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
