Slow Cooker Creamy Mac Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked elbow pasta
- 16 oz evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1/2 stick butter, cut into pats
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 TBS dried minced onion
- 1 TBS dijon mustard
- 24-32 oz shredded cheeses (mix or match) cheddar, Monterey jack, or pepper jack
- 1-2 cups chicken broth
