- 8 Frenched lamb rib chops, (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1 small shallot, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp., plus 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 cup FarmToFork Tomato Basil Sauce
- 2 cucumbers, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise into half moons
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
