- 2 boiled potatoes peeled and mashed

- 1/2 tsp coriander Seeds crushed salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp aamchur(dry mango) powder
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 5 bread slices white / brown
- 2 tbsp refined flour
- 2 tbsp water
- as needed oil for deep frying
