Ingredients
- 4 large plum tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cored and cut into 4 lengthwise pieces
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 sheet puff pastry from a 17.3 ounce package
- Sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)
