Heirloom Tomato Tart
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup or 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 1/2 pounds ripe, but firm heirloom tomatoes
- 1 large head of garlic
- 1 cup grated Italian Fontina cheese
- Kosher Salt
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Freshly ground pepper
