Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain)
- as per taste Salt
- as required Water to knead the flour
- 3 large fresh radish
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 inch ginger chopped
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp asafoetida (hing)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 cup roasted gram flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- as required Oil /ghee for Parathas
