Potatoes in the oven with mushrooms
Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 small packet of mushrooms
- 1 sweet red pepper
- garlic (I used powder)
- 1 little oil
- juice of 1 orange
- oregano
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- 1 cup grated yellow cheese
- (or optionally, feta cheese)
