- 1/2 small yellow pepper, cored, deseeded and diced
- 1 x 200 g (7 oz) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp. tomato ketchup
- 4 eggs
- Smoked paprika, for sprinkling
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
