Ingredients
- 1 lb (approx) stew beef (cut into 1” pieces)
- 1/2 white onion chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 5 Oz white mushrooms chopped or sliced
- 1 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 6 Oz sour cream
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs flour
- 8 Oz (about 1/2 package) wide egg noodles
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
- to taste Kosher salt
