- 1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 Medium Zucchini, chopped (about 4 cups)
- 2 Medium Potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 1/2 quarts Chicken stock
- Hot sauce, optional
- 1/4 cup Each: Grated Parmesan and half and half
- 1/2 cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes, assorted colors if possible
