- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
