Ingredients
- 400 g fresh strawberries
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1.5 cup digestive/graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 300 g cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (depending how sweet you like your cheesecake to be)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
